Configurable Reports: Error on downloading Empty CSV

      When downloading a report without any information in CSV format from

      • /blocks/configurable_reports/managereport.php
      • /blocks/configurable_reports/managereport.php?courseid=x (x being any courseid)

      it sends to a non reachable page.

      It wont happen when downloading it as XLS, JSON or ODS, which downloads an empty file.
