Deferred feedback with CBM - Need only 2 options instead of 3

      We have a option of Selecting "Deferred feedback with CBM" under "Question Behaviour" When we Create New Quiz.

      When students attempt the quiz, it show 3 Certainty as below screenshot. BUT WE NEED ONLY 2 Options. How to Hide/Delete 3rd Option?

       

       

      Below is student seeing Three options, but we need only two : 

       

      What code Changes we need to make, so that it should display only 2 options when attempting the quiz from both student dashbaord and from admin/teacher dashboard

       

      C1 = >50

      C2 = < 50
