Checklist activity not display properly on mobile devices. I was able to replicate the issue in iOS mobile devices only and not Android. Screenshots attached.

Replication:

1. Create a course
2. Turn edit mode to on.
3. Add a checklist activity
4. Add items
5. Visit the activity using ios device and/or android device browsers.

Result: When using iOS, it appears the items are not aligned correctly.
