The questionnaire activity icon on the desktop has the class of 'Communication' however on the mobile app it has the class of 'other' - which has the effect of it showing as a different colour on mobile app compared to desktop. Also for some reason (which I cannot quite work out), the icon isn't inverting as it should on the mobile app (e.g. the icon is showing as black rather than white).

It is a relatively small issue, but from a UX and consistency perspective, is not ideal.
