This is one things that I don't like about Jira used for Moodle tracker – I can't edit the stuff I just posted. Problem entries often requires thinking and cross-checking and it is easy to omit something. Being able to have a grace period for editing, just like we have it for the forum posts, it would be really great for all possible uses of this module. It follows that emails about comments should be sent through cron not immediately. Whether to include the full text of comment in the email or not should be an instance-specific setting IMHO.
