Hi ! 

I was wondering whether a user that is meant to view all of his group issued certificate could get his own certificate issued ? 

I have a course (seperated by groups) with the course certificate activity that issue a certificate once all the previous activities are done, and the "group manager" can only view others certificate (which is normal) but that means he can't get his own. Is there a way for these kind of users to get their own certificate ? 

How to reproduce the behaviour : 

Set up a course, with the activity "Course certificate". The course should be separated by group, and the user should have the tool/certificate:viewallcertificates permission to view his group users' certificate. He shouldn't get his own certificate
