In our use, with enrolments made by database (could be metalink or other), we use this plugin (mainly) to put users in groups.

But it always creates a (new) manual enrolment, even if one already exists (with database or other). This is no use, and surcharges Moodle.

It would be useful to have an option to NOT create a (new) enrolment if one already exists for the user.

Hope you can add that in a later release.
