I believe that I have found a bug when trying to preview a Certificate on Moodle 3.11.10 (Build: 20220912) using the Moodle workplace plugin ‘Workplace certificate manager’ 3.11.9 (2022031630) - https://moodle.org/plugins/tool_certificate

The issue occurs when left-clicking on the ‘Preview’ button. An option is displayed to open the certificate preview in the ‘Same Window’ or in a ‘New Window’. However, clicking either of these does not show the preview. If you right-click and select ‘open link in new tab’ the certificate preview will show.
