1. Create a course, create a group in that course
2. Add a completion progress block on to the course, set "Show percentage to students" as "Yes"
3. Copy the course (using "Copy course" or "Backup" and then "Restore")
4. Notice how in the copied course, the "Visible only to group or grouping" setting is now set as the as the group that was created in step 1. It should be the default setting, "All participants".

This bug causes confusion especially in organizations that use groups and rely on the Copy course functionality in their course management pipeline.
