Certificate is emailing out even when disabled

      Once the certificate is setup and in place, the option to 'enable' the function to auto email a PDF to the student pops up (set as no as default) and thus requires me to push the button to enable.  I do not enable, however the student is getting an email anyway witht he PDF certificate attached.
