Configurable Report cannot download to XLS

      When trying to export to XLS from configurable reports we get

       

      Hmmm… can't reach this page

      It looks like the webpage at https://<OUR URL>/blocks/configurable_reports/viewreport.php?id=5&courseid=39&download=1&format=xls might be having issues or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
