      the Course ordering and invoicing now uses its own enrolment plugin - see http://cvs.moodle.org/contrib/plugins/enrol/cord/

      Please create branch MOODLE_19_STABLE for this enrolment plugin. There is no pre-1.9 support for this enrolment plugin so I do not want MOODLE_18_STABLE.
