Hi. I'm using Moodle. 3.9.10 and I have just upgraded from Completion Progress block version 3.5+ (2020081000) to the latest 3.9+ (2022040400) and it has introduced a bug where I cannot edit my progress blocks to select additional items to appear, it remains in a "frozen" state.

My current work around is to I have to change the Activities included setting from "Selected activities" to "All activities...", then save, then go back into the block and switch it back from "All activities..." to "Selected activities", then I am able to select additional items that weren't previously appearing. I wanted to report this bug as I read in a previous release notes that this bug was introduce and then fixed. I had jumped over those versions right to the 3.9+ version so I'm not sure if there something else at play here.
