Currently, when students respond to a questionnaire, with mandatory questions (required) they can click on Submit without answering all mandatory questions. Therefore, there is no difference between mandatory and non mandatory questions, from students perspective. These questions can be skipped. This is incorrect. students should be reminded to answer ALL mandatory questions prior to clicking SUBMIT.
