At the moment a student needs to visit the /mod/questionnaire/view.php?id, before they can start answering the questions. 

To create a better user experience for our students we would like to add a setting to the questionnairy activity on site level. 

The new setting "Skipp view page for students": YES ensures that when a student opens the questionnair activity will directly see the questions on the  the /mod/questionnaire/complete.php?id page and start answering this. 

When the "Skipp view page for students": NO. The students will have the old user experience where they have to visit /mod/questionnaire/view.php?id before answering the questions.

We suggest that this new setting will be controlled by a premission, in case you want to expand this over the standard Moodle student role.
