replace test-install credentials provided by default

      There is a now a new pool of servers dedicated for Moodle that the new version of this plugin can start using on deployment.

      It is essentially the same kind of servers, but with some tune up for scaling.

      The credentials are also public and will be hard-coded, so, I'll leave them here
