We have noticed that after updating our Moodle several times within the past year, one of the updates caused the tooltip text set in qtype_formulas | defaultanswertype to show on mouse hover over an answer box in a quiz. It used to show on mouse click. Could it work both ways?

We are not sure if the switch from Moodle 3.5 to 3.9 caused this or if it was the update to plugin version 4.91.

The setting for qtype_formulas | defaultanswertype can be found in /admin/settings.php?section=qtypesettingformulas

This is problematic since we use the text here as a tooltip to inform users to only write in numbers and use period as the decimal separator. Now it is not certain our users see the message since they would need to mouse hover long enough.
