The only current way to find a given user in the list is to visually inspect the entries. With many users, this takes far too long.

At the very least, a user should be able to filter by

• Group (or all groups) *already implemented
• First name
• Surname
• Email address
• Expiry date
• Issue date

An even better option would be to re-use the filtering available in the Participants list.

As a teacher I want to filter the list of certified users so that I can quickly and easily determine whether a user is certified.
