Since the protected recording was implemented in SL and many hosting their own BBB servers are using that LB API, they are now facing the problem that the content validation breaks the playback, as the server makes use of the onetime link on validation.

This affects 2.4 and 2.5. 2.4 was already patched, but in 2.5, since the imported recordings are no longer holding the playback URLs, this validation is no longer required.
