Report failing to load before server timeout. Returns error 500 or 503 messages but only on certain report that pulls user demographic information. 

The report has 20 columns and currently pulls information for 9303 when working correctly. As we are able to pull reports for other user reports created with the same plugin block we have asked our hosting service to increase the php memory from 128mb to 1024mb and the timeout from 30s to 300s, which still will not run the report successfully. 

They've suggested this appears to be an issue with the plugin itself rather than core moodle code, is there any help you can provide as this report is business critical for the project.
