MOODLE_19_STABLE
Due to its BugTracking history, the current roles in the tracker are developer, resolver, administrator. There is no explicit name for a person submitting the issues, as far as I can tell, even though it is possible to use capabilities to restrict this to a certain group of people only. To make the tracker more versatile, I suggest
a. rename developer to something else (can't suggest anything since it is not clear at present what the difference is between developer and resolver and developer and administrator). Is this role really needed in lieu that we can define a number of Moodle-level roles using capabilities?
b. provide an option to rename each role in each instance of tracker, so they can be adjusted for the actual use.
Note that I am not talking about roles as seen on the Moodle level but about functional roles within the tracker instance, so for example, what is resolver in one is called support person in another and team member in another yet.
Of course, multilang filtering is required for these. And each is needed in singular and plural to support translations.
