You can set a starting time for a meeting and this time get listed in users' calendar view. So you can use this as a simple to set up schedule feature.

But it is unhandy that moderators cannot join the room before this time. Moderators want to prepare or try their presentation, join the audio and get settled before viewers can join the meeting.

It would be great if moderators could join the meeting any time.
