The My certificates listing at admin/tool/certificate/my.php displays the name of the certificate template. I'm reusing the same template across many activities using dynamic fields inside the template. It would be nice if the My certificates list displayed to the course title and not the template title.

Testing Instructions

1. Log in as Administrator
2. Create a user "User 01"
3. Create a certificate template "Template 01"
4. Create a course "Course 01"
5. Add a "Course certificate" activity "Certificate 01" to the course that uses "Template 01"
   1.  Dont add any restrictions to the course certificate activity. It should be accessible for "User 01"
6. Enrol "User 01" in "Course 01"
7. Log in as "User 01"
8. Go to "Course 01"
9. Click Certificate 01 activity
10. Confirm you received the certificate pdf
11. Go back to dashboard page
12. Click on Profile in the user menu
13. Click on My certificates
14. Confirm the certificate is listed on the table with name "Template 01 - Course 01"
