Description

Moodle LMS has strict rules for the format of namespaces with specific rules in place for some parts - in particular for the Level 2 namespace. A locallib namespace is incorrectly used.
Severity

High. Use of incorrect namespaces can lead to namespace collision in future code.
Proposed solutions

Rename the current mod_bigbluebuttonbn\locallib namespace
Move the code in the mod_bigbluebuttonbn\locallib namespace to more appropriate namespaces as part of a broader code restructure
