Hello,

there is a bug in completion progress block, if you have two instances added to a course and then backup/restore it only one of the blocks appear on the new course. It doesn't matter if you use "copy course", backup or import functions result is the same.

Tested with Moodle 3.9.3+ (Build: 20201211) & block_completion_progress Version for Moodle 3.5 onwards (2020081000)
