We've noticed tasks in Moodle are not being completed, such as activities not being removed from gradebook after deletion, and not being pushed to the recycle bin. Searching for similar issues revealed this could be solved by restarting Cron. However once reset, Cron fails to complete any adhoc tasks. 

I'll copy the error codes below, it seems to be missing an ID field in the database, but no system changes have been made so I'm not sure why they are suddenly missing, or what needs to be entered.

Scheduled task failed: Legacy cron processing for plugins (core\task\legacy_plugin_cron_task),Coding error detected, it must be fixed by a programmer: moodle_database::update_record_raw() id field must be specified.
