When I try to add a new version of the Poodll filter to the plugins directory it times out on the first page of the submission process.

The steps:
i) visit plugin page (logged in as me) :
https://moodle.org/plugins/filter_poodll

ii) From there go to add a new version page

iii) select Poodll filter latest version from github selector thingy, or upload zip file
Latest Version: https://github.com/justinhunt/moodle-filter_poodll/releases/tag/v3.1.30

v) set all the version info and move to next page in process.

iv) It will time out and you will get "something seems to be wrong with the internet" page

Anything I can do?
