The scope of applications of this module will increase largely if users can upload attachments. For example, I wanted to create a tracker instance to handle submissions for web site changes. However, that requires users to pass graphics, doc, pdf, etc files. This feature should be settable on/off for each instance of tracker, together with the maximum file size.

One way to handle this is to make it a custom element managed by the administrator, although I am not sure whether this is actually doable this way.
