Considering that issue summary can have 100 chars by itself, not to mention lengths of other fields, there is no way to display issues comfortably in a single line. I suggest

display issue code and summary in the first line
display remaining items in the second line starting under the summary
alternate background color of listed issues
set nowrap for cells with action icons
make options of hiding and showing of items settable for each tracker instance
