Description of the initial situation:

When I configured the settings of the workshop I choose in the field availibilty the checkbox "Switch to the next Phase after the submissions deadline" including the four date-entries.

Additionally I activated  "Automatically allocate submissions at the end of the submission phase" -checkbox in the Scheduled allocation settings.

However, when the phase changed to the assessment phase, the assignments were not automatically allocated. I tried it in 5 cases. It didn´t work.

I had to change back to submission phase manually and set the automatically sheduled allocation again. When I changed again in the assesment phase the second time the allocation worked.

Any advice if I did something wrong? Or is there a bug in the plugin?
