      Installation of the block_inactiveuseralert plugin (https://tracker.moodle.org/browse/CONTRIB-6675) fails with an error about the db/install.xml file.  The error is that the xmldb path="block/inactiveuseralert/db" line should be xmldb path="blocks/inactiveuseralert/db".
