After the release of the BBB HTML5 client, and because it is possible to force the use of it when the user joins it would be cool to have this selectable from the Moodle Plugin so that it can be easily selected on a meeting by meeting basis.
Right now the only way to access the HTML5 client from Moodle is if the BBB server is condifured to do so from two parameters set in bigbluebutton.properties.
