Add css ids and classes to the HTML for individual items to enable User Tour steps on specific elements.

This includes:

• tab/page headings
• table headings
• search fields
• buttons

Since these are currently missing, it is not possible to attach a user tour message to a specific page of the report (tab), table column heading or button, which makes the text less specific and more confusing for users, since they have to spend more effort identifying the area of the page that the message relates to.
