The original plan was to allow users to jump to other Moodle installations using a drop-down menu of previous years. Although this would be useful, the code was buggy, so it is suggested that the archive function is not used, as it allows students to see some things they shouldn't be able to see.

For this reason it would be best to remove this redundant code that was intended to make it easier to compare feedback with other Moodle installation's MyFeedback reports.

Instead the only code that should remain is the ability to jump to other Moodle installations, if enabled and defined in the settings for the My Feedback report. See: CONTRIB-7269
