Allow users to hide feedback they don't wish to see on the My Feedback report

      Some students have commented that there is some assessment feedback that gets in the way of the real feedback they are interested in viewing. They would like a way to hide this feedback and have Moodle remember what they hid across sessions.

      A way to re-display this feedback would also be required.
