In Moodle 3.3+ with Questionnaire plugin version 2017051800, I found that after creating a template questionnaire with 50 questions (radio buttons) in 8 feedback sections, and the questions correctly linked to their corresponding feedback sections, that when creating a child questionnaire from this, the child does not copy the relations between questions and their feedback sections.

Instead, I had to reconnect every question to the corresponding section manually with the template as reference.
