Textarea disappears after Advanced editor toggle

      Toggling hide/show for the advanced editor initially reduces the height of the editor textarea to 8px; on doing this for a second time, the textarea is hidden completely (display: none). It looks as if the Javascript is not calculating the height correctly.

      Tested in Chrome, Firefox, IE.
