Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a crossword based on a quiz category which contains pictures. (attached is an example question bank with pictures) .
2. Restore the course
3. Attempt the
Expected result: The pictures would show up in the crossword
Actual result: Pictures are shown as broken links.

Note:
If the quiz is edited, and the quiz cateogory is selected again (and the previous attempt is deleted) the pictures show up again correctly.
