The Moodle platform administered gives the following error message when I try to display the preview of the questionnaire that has been created:

The steps to reproduce this error are:

1. An activity of the type "Questionnaire" is created.
2. The corresponding questions are generated using the following types of questions installed in Moodle (ddmatch, ddwtos, gapselect and order)
3. Once finished configuring the questions and answers of the questionnaire is saved, and accessed preview. It is at this point when you can not preview the final questionnaire created and displays the error message described above
4. Action to deleted the types of questions that have been created is made to see if some kind of problem questions added, and verified that when the question of the type "order" is deleted, you can preview perfectly questionnaire. Only occurs with this type of questions, "order". It has been found that it is correctly updated to the latest version.
