If a forum contains anonymous posts, users can still sort the discussions by actual first/last names. Although the names are not displayed, a user could still figure out who is who, particularly if there are some non-anonymous posts in the list.

It might make more sense to just sort any non-anonymous posts by name, and then list the unsorted anonymous posts below the posts with names. If there are only anonymous posts, maybe disable the sort by name option altogether.
