The assignment is still showing as needs grading even after the instructor graded the assignment using the single view grader report, when I further debug the query the entry on
mdl_assign_grades is missing

Is this something you guys can suggest any way to change the query on grade me side or do we need to change the core Moodle single view to add missing entry on mdl_assign_grades
