We might have found a bug in the module.

Steps to reproducer:
Pre: Create a moodle course with at least one student and one teach, and create at least one activity with restricted access and setup progress bar to monitor this activity.

Steps:
1. Login as teacher
2. Navigate to progress bar student overview page.
3. Click on the students activity. (the one with restricted access)
Expected result: I should be able to navigate til the activity.
Actual result: Cursor changes to 'hand' but link is missing.
