Can't preview quiz question with Essential

      Hello,

      we are using Moodle 2.9 with Essential theme, and we can't preview a quiz question from the question bank. The preview window that opens doesn't display anything.

      To replicate the issue, just follow: Course administration > Question bank > Questions then click Preview icon.
