This improvement is to add a configuration item that allows one to select the columns to be 'static' during horizontal scrolling in the grader report (especially Student ID).

Currently it only provides for static name, causing implications when an insititution has multiple students with the same as they cannot be ascertained once scrolled.

It would be great to add both a site-wide configuration option that allows setting the default column(s) to remain static, and a course-specific override option that defaults to the value of the site-wide configuration option.
