A scheduler set to only allow one booking per student, will actually allow multiple bookings if (ab)used in multiple browser tabs.

1. Create scheduler activity, and set to allow one slot per student only.
2. Login as a student and open the scheduler twice in two browser tabs.
3. Apply for a different slot in each tab and submit.
4. You'll now have booked onto 2 sessions.
