The mhaairs block can be added in the dashboard (my moodle) page.

      The mhaairs block can be added in the dashboard (my moodle) page, but there is no reason to allow that. It currently doesn't implement the applicable_formats function and it contains the myaddinstance capability. The former should be added with 'my' set to false and latter should be removed.
