Replacing the image (click button "replace image") when editing a question of the type "Image Target" saves the question. The button "replace image" does the same as the "save changes" button.
I think that replacing the image should not end in a save process. The user that likes to save the question as a new one (button "save as new question") sees the same question doubled (saved when replacing the picture and saved another time as new question).
