I developed a little block plugin for Moodle that shows all open and graded assignments in one block. Following the link to the repository: https://github.com/philip-raschke/moodle-block_assignments

I would like to contribute this plugin and according to the submission guidelines I'm supposed to open an issue here. I hope this is correct.
