Hello everybody,

I am using the certificate module in Moodle 2.8 and I noticed that the date printed in the certificate (when issued) is not matching with the server language of the users but it appears always in English.

To us it happens that we have courses in Spanish, with the forced language in Spanish, and then when the participants print the certificate it has the English date.

I looked also at the language packs but I cannot find a string where to add the Spanish dates.
