Customized Reports SQL shows blank screens

      When we attempt to create a customized report (V. 2.6.3), and attempt to open the SQL tab, it only shows a blank screen with no text whatsoever.

      We need a customized report for issued certificates with the username, their company, and other custom field data.

      We are using GoDaddy WHM/cPanel for site hosting.

      Any assistance would be appreciated.
